Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos will be honored on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, Nov. 5.
The ceremony is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. This date marks the day the two co-anchors of Good Morning America will physically receive their stars.
The pair were selected as part of the Walk of Fame's 2026 class. In July 2025, the Hollywood Walk of Fame Selection Committee announced them among 35 entertainment professionals slated for the honor. They join Michael Strahan, who received his star in 2023.
Roberts has served as a co-anchor of the morning show since May 2005. During her two decades in the role, the program has secured multiple Emmy Awards for Outstanding Morning Program. The team also won the 2017 People's Choice Award for Favorite Daytime TV Hosting Team.
Before joining the morning show, Roberts worked at ESPN. She hosted SportsCenter and contributed to NFL Primetime. She is also the founder of Rock'n Robin Productions.
Stephanopoulos joined ABC News in 1997 as an analyst for This Week. He currently hosts This Week with George Stephanopoulos while co-anchoring the morning show. His work at the network has earned him three Emmy Awards, a DuPont, three Edward R. Murrow Awards, and two Cronkite Awards.
Strahan expressed surprise when he received his own star in 2023. He stated that he was focused on enjoying life and working without expecting such recognition. He noted that his purpose is to spread joy and make sure the people in his life feel important.
